Timeshares for Sale
When bidding on timeshare auctions, it's importnat to do your homework. Find out in advance as much information as possible about the property. These details should include name and location of the property, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, Exchange Company's name that seller's resort deals with, the date by which the property is ready to use, annual maintenance fee of the resort, and sizes of bedrooms and is there any assessment this year?
It's a good idea to research the selling price of similar units that recently sold in your desired location. Also, check the ratings of sellers and feedback from other users and be sure to determine the method of payment before placing a bid. There are many methods of payment available, but a seller may have a particular preference. Exercise caution if the owner does not respond to questions about payment. (You should exercise caution if you get no response from the owner on *any* of your questions!)
A final tip: Perhaps you make a bid on a seller's item and finish the auction in second place, just missing by a small amount of money. If this happens, you can message the seller and let him/her know that you are willing to buy the item if the winning buyer is unable or unwilling to go through with the purchase. This really happens! Perhaps the seller has another unit of the same item he would be willing to offer you. Knowing you got a good deal on your new timeshare will make it all the sweeter to stay in on your vacation!
