If a teacher who is HIV positive rapes a student, he/she ought to be prosecuted with an offence of committing murder and the murder weapon is his/her body fluids. Murder cases calls for life in prison or death. So the prosecuters should build strong cases against the teachers concerned. Also we should not forget the infected lady teachers who allure boys students and infected male teachers who allure boys
